IT that just works, for teams without an IT department.

Email, cloud, backups, security, and automation, set up properly once and quietly maintained so you never have to think about them again.

The problem

"The person who set this up left" is not a security plan.

Passwords in a spreadsheet, backups nobody has tested, and a whole business one phishing email away from a very bad week. Small teams don't need an IT department. They need someone accountable.

Our approach

Fix it once, then keep it boring.

One audit finds what's fragile, and one project fixes it: accounts, backups, security, and the automations that remove busywork. Then a monthly plan keeps everything patched, monitored, and recoverable, with a human who answers when something feels off.

From fragile to boring in four steps.

01 Audit A written map of your accounts, risks, and single points of failure.
02 Fix plan A fixed-price project list, ordered by risk. You pick what we do.
03 Implement Migrations, security, backups, and automations, all done remotely.
04 Quiet upkeep Monthly plans keep it patched, monitored, and recoverable.

Questions we hear a lot.

Almost never. Modern IT is remote by nature: accounts, cloud, backups, and monitoring are all managed online, and hardware ships to you pre-configured. That's also why our plans cost a fraction of what a local MSP charges.

Patching, monitoring, tested backups, security baseline, and support when something feels off. Standard adds monthly change hours; Priority adds same-day response and quarterly reviews. Anything outside the plan gets a fixed quote first.

If he documents everything, tests restores, and answers on vacation, keep him. The audit is still useful either way: you get a written picture of what exists and what's fragile, whoever maintains it.

Essential and Standard: within one business day. Priority: same day. Monitoring usually means we're fixing things before you notice them, which is the whole point of the plan.

When did you last test a backup?

If you had to think about it, start with the audit. Fixed quote within one business day.
