Surgent Labs was started on a simple observation: most of what small businesses pay agencies for isn't the work. It's the building the work happens in.
Why remote-first
We deleted the overhead, not the quality.
A traditional agency bill pays for a lease, account managers, and juniors learning on your project. We removed all three. No office means our people live where they want and cost what they're worth. No account layer means you talk to the person building your project. No juniors means the work is right the first time.
The result is simple arithmetic: senior work at prices a small business can plan around, for clients in any US city, because we were never going to be in your city anyway.

The price on the site is the price. Publishing our numbers keeps us honest and saves everyone a sales call. Scope changes get quoted in writing before we build them.
